How a Dissolved Air Flotation Unit Works
A dissolved air flotation unit mixes a pressurised stream of recycled treated wastewater with a solution containing tiny air bubbles.The air bubbles cling to the solids in the water,making them buoyant and driving them to the surface for removal.The remaining clarified effluent exits the DAF unit for treatment or reuse.
