Design and Operation
A Rotary Drum Filter consists of a large rotating drum covered with a Filter medium.As the drum rotates partially submerged in the slurry,the filter media captures solids on the drum surface while allowing the filtrate to pass through.The rotation then brings the solids out of the slurry,where they are scraped off for further processing or disposal.
