Working Principle of Sliding frame silo

Structural Form: The Sliding Frame silo adopts a cylindrical or square flat-bottom structure and functions as an elevated storage bin with gravity discharge capabilities.

Sealing Design: The top of the storage bin is sealed with a cover to ensure that Sludge remains unaffected by external environmental conditions during storage. The top features interfaces connected to the sludge conveying pump or conveyor outlet, as well as interfaces linked to the deodorization system.

Discharge Mechanism: At the bottom, a reciprocating arch-breaking sliding frame device is employed to introduce sludge into the discharge screw. The discharge screw is controlled by a gate valve, facilitating precise discharge of sludge.

Hydraulic System: The arch-breaking sliding frame device is driven by hydraulic cylinders, with the hydraulic system responsible for controlling the reciprocating movement of the storage bin's sludge-pushing sliding frame. The hydraulic system includes pressure monitoring, triggering an alarm signal in case of sliding frame blockage or when the pressure reaches the set value, ensuring safe operation.

Level Monitoring: At the top of the storage bin, an ultrasonic level gauge is installed to display and monitor the accumulation height of sludge. An alarm is triggered when the accumulation height exceeds the set value, alerting operators to take appropriate measures.

Supporting Structure: The entire bin is supported on a steel structure platform, surrounded by walkways and ladders for easy access to various maintenance points on the equipment, facilitating convenient maintenance and repairs.
